This privacy policy describes how Matic LLC, owners of the Packaroo mobile application and the website (referred to in this privacy policy as the single entity “Packaroo”) collects, uses, and shares the information you provide to us or we gather from you while you access or use Packaroo.

We collect and process personal information about you with your consent and/or as necessary to provide the products you use, operate our business, meet our contractual and legal obligations, protect the security of our systems and our customers, or fulfill other legitimate interests.

Personal Data Collected

Packaroo does not collect any Personal Data or information relating to you as an identified or identifiable individual.

Third-Party Connected Services

Packaroo does not connect to any third-party applications. Therefore, Personal Data about you will not be transferred into Packaroo.

The Packaroo App and Site may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking

When you use Packaroo, some information such as Internet protocol (IP) address, device or browser information, logs, or clickstream information may be automatically collected about your activity using Packaroo. We use this information to address technical support issues and understand how our customers use Packaroo.

Packaroo utilizes tracking technologies from third-party service providers who provide services on our behalf, such as application analytics and crash reporting, advertising or campaign measurement services. These third-party service providers may also automatically collect some of the information described above. For example, they may collect usage information, IP address, access times, browser type and language, device type, device identifiers, and Wi-Fi information. These providers may also automatically collect the above information about you through Packaroo and on other sites and services, including personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites, devices, online services, and applications when you use Packaroo. Some third parties help us and others associate your activities across the browsers and devices you use, or that your household uses, for retargeting, cross-device advertising, analytics, and measurement purposes.


We maintain data handling and storage practices and procedures that are designed to promote the integrity and confidentiality of all personally identifiable information. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
